Jaya Malar Arumugam is the Head Of Human Resources at Reldyn Tech Sdn Bhd. Prior to this role, Jaya worked as an Assistant Human Resource Manager at Reliable Tech Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd and held various human resources positions at companies such as Softbrands Inc, Reliable Business Technologies, Sdn. Bhd, Temenos, and Maxis. Jaya holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Systems from the University of Nottingham Trent and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management.
