Fabrizio Custorella

Fabrizio Custorella has a varied work experience in different industries. In 2017, they began their career as an intern at Centro Ricerche Fiat, where they focused on hybrid and electric mobility. Fabrizio conducted reverse engineering of electrified vehicles, presented results to stakeholders, and monitored testing.

In 2018, they joined FEV Italia s.r.l as a Benchmarking Engineer, conducting in-depth analysis of the electrified vehicles market and technical state-of-the-art. Fabrizio was responsible for defining technical scopes, project planning, execution, and monitoring, with a focus on energy management systems and hybrid transmission.

In 2019, Fabrizio became a Project Manager at FEV Europe GmbH, specializing in innovation projects. Fabrizio served as the product manager for the design validation and system integration of electric components for the Battery Electric Vehicle (E-Ducato BEV). Additionally, they managed budgets and teams, reported to the executive management, and ensured deliverable quality.
