Georgi Georgiev

Georgi Georgiev has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. In 2020, they became the Co-founder and CEO of Releva.ai, a user experience platform that increases eCommerce revenue and conversion rates. Georgi also serves as a Guest Professor at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Director Software Engineering, Data at Gtmhub | Leading SaaS OKRs Platform, and Director Product Development, Data Platform at Leanplum.

From 2007 to 2018, Georgiev worked at Ontotext as Head of Consultancy and Innovation, Director Strategic Partnerships and Alliances, Head of Text Analytics, Solution Architect, Artificial Inteligence, and Senior Software Engineer.

Prior to that, they were employed at Metalife AG from 2003 to 2007 as a Software Engineer and Database Engineer. During this period, they managed, developed, and consulted on five prototypes and production related software projects for medium size and the biggest medical and pharmaceutical European companies.

Georgi Georgiev's education history includes a Bachelor degree in Molecular Biology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, obtained between 1999 and 2003. Georgi then obtained an MSc in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from the same university between 2003 and 2005. Following this, they obtained an MSc in Bio-Medical Informatics from the same university between 2006 and 2008, and a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry from the same university between 2006 and 2009. Finally, Georgi obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from IE Business School in Executive Global Master of Business administration between 2014 and 2015.
