Breana Metcalf-Oshinsky

Breanna (Bre) is an Emmy Award-winning writer and publicist with a diverse background spanning both national and global projects in luxury hospitality, food and beverage, wellness, tourism, non-profits, and real estate. Breanna has led award-winning global PR campaigns and launched music festivals, record labels, fashion collaborations, empowerment programs, and global partnerships with passion and precision. As a Vice President at Relevance International, she leads her teams and clients with a keen eye for the next and best in media and strategy. She specializes in branding in lockstep with key marketing initiatives, ensuring a well-rounded approach.

Prior to joining Relevance, Breanna was the Hospitality Manager at SEQUEL Inc. (formerly THINK PR) where she led the global PR team for W Hotels. In her career, she has worked with twelve of Hilton Hotels’ brands, Brookfield, Visit Baltimore, Visit England, Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, Saira Hospitality, Remedy Place, STADIUM, and Skylight among others. In 2020, Breanna transformed her dedication to social good into a passion project. Breanna provides weekly bereavement support to those (mainly in their 20s and 30s) who have lost an immediate family member through her organization, The Dead People’s Group.

A born and raised New Yorker, Breanna grew up on the south shore of Long Island and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and English Creative Writing from SUNY New Paltz. She is a multi-instrument musician and currently resides in Brooklyn.
