Alison Gitelson

Alison Gitelson is an experienced leader and facilitator with a diverse background in organizational development and training. As the CEO and Founder of CanBeeDone since August 2005, Alison has focused on enhancing company profitability and productivity through existing resources. Current roles include Facilitator and Designer at RELEVANCE, where Alison develops leadership skills programs, and previous positions include Facilitator and Trainer at The Performance Hub, and Community Member at 50plus-skills. Alison has contributed to academic settings as a Guest Lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand and served as the South African representative for the Applied Improvisation Network. With a National Diploma in Optometry and a Licensed Coach Practitioner qualification in the Science of Happiness at Work, Alison integrates education and practical experience to foster innovative and effective organizational change.
