Shivani Issar

Shivani Issar is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in leadership program design and facilitation. Currently serving as Lead Consultant at RELEVANCE since July 2022, Shivani collaborates with clients to identify specific needs and create tailored solutions. Prior to this role, Shivani held the position of India Business Analyst Program Lead at McKinsey & Company from September 2009 to July 2022, where responsibilities included designing the people strategy, managing the lifecycle of over 50 consultants, and spearheading diversity and inclusion initiatives. Educational qualifications include an Executive Post Graduate Program in Organisational Behaviour and Change from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a diploma in Indian Design and Textile from National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi, among others. Shivani is currently pursuing a certificate program in L&D leadership at IE Business School.
