Theun Ketelaars has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different organizations. Theun currently serves as a Client Director at Relevance, where they collaborate with clients to design and deliver innovative learning and development programs. Prior to this, they worked as an Enterprise Account Manager at Lepaya, where they managed enterprise accounts. Theun also served as a Global Account Manager at CrossKnowledge, specializing in digital learning solutions. Before that, they were an Account Manager at UP learning, optimizing employee performance through digital learning methods. Theun started their career as an Account Manager Assistant at Vespo Groep B.V., and later founded Aagris, a project aimed at helping local businesses overcome economic challenges. Additionally, they served as the Manager of City Management at Gemeente Best, where they successfully implemented a project called 'Centrummanagement Best'.
Theun Ketelaars completed their high school education at Commanderij College from 1999 to 2005, obtaining a High School Diploma. Theun then attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Theun pursued further education at Radboud University from 2010 to 2012, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Business Administration. Recently, in 2019, Theun studied at Nyenrode Business University for the International Masterclass Learning & Development Leadership program. Additionally, they obtained a certification in the "Josh Bersin Masterclass: Building a World-Class Learning Organization" from CrossKnowledge in April 2019.
