Thomas van Andel is a seasoned change consultant and trainer, serving as the owner of Tomic since January 2020, where tailor-made change and development programs are designed to align strategies with organizational ambitions. In addition to Tomic, Thomas holds roles as an associate consultant at TWST and serves as a trainer and designer for programs at RELEVANCE. Previous experience includes working as an associate consultant at Bolster, a strategy consultant at Accenture, and a student assistant at the University of Amsterdam Business School. Thomas's educational background encompasses a Master’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam, systematic intervention training, leadership development certification, coaching credentials, and various professional development courses related to organizational culture and team dynamics.
