Jim Hays

As Director of Development and Customer Support, Jim is responsible for the programming and support teams who work directly with customers. In fact, he has overseen all eight generations of Relevant EquityWorks software.

Jim spent the earlier portion of his career in software development. After joining Relevant in 1992, he five years working on dozens of database projects for clients. Like many successful programmers, he has a background in music and graduated from the New England Conservatory with a BA in Music. In fact, he also worked as a freelance French Horn player, performing in Boston, New York, Washington DC, Scotland, and Greece. He continues his technical education whenever possible through General Assembly classes and workshops.
