Krisztina Merritt

Krisztina Merritt has over 10 years of experience in human resources. Krisztina currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Relevant Industrial, LLC. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at TDECU from 2021 to 2023, where they led an internally-focused consulting HRBP team. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Panasonic i-Pro Sensing Solutions Corporation of America, where they built the HR infrastructure for the USA business unit. Krisztina also has experience as the Corporate HR Director at EPIC Companies, LLC, where they played a key role in driving employee engagement, morale, and performance. Krisztina started their career at Ranger Offshore, Inc., where they held various roles including Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Supervisor, and Human Resources Coordinator. Krisztina holds an MBA and is certified as a SHRM-CP and PHR.

Krisztina Merritt, SHRM-CP, PHR, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Development and Change from Houston Christian University, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of Houston, and a High School Diploma from St. John's School. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a SHRM Certified Professional from SHRM in August 2015 and as a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in August 2013.
