Wesley Weinhart

Wesley Weinhart has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Wesley started their career in 1996 as a Senior Consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Energy Tax Practice, where they researched and analyzed tax strategies for international and Fortune 100 clients. Wesley later became a Manager in the Business Restructuring Services division, counseling distressed businesses and their lenders on maximizing cash flow and entity value.

In 2000, Weinhart joined Crossroads, LLC as a Consultant, generating business plans for troubled companies and analyzing risks and opportunities for creditors. Wesley then moved to Alvarez & Marsal in 2002 as an Associate, where they developed and executed business plans for financially distressed businesses in various industries.

Afterward, Weinhart worked at Blockbuster as the Director of Finance from 2004 to 2006. In this role, they were responsible for planning and budgeting, determining strategic direction, and analyzing ongoing operations. Wesley also approved capital expenditures and oversaw smaller, high-growth subsidiary companies.

From 2006 to 2008, Weinhart served as the Director of Finance at Cellhire USA LLC. Here, they collaborated with senior executives to set company strategy, maximize profitability, and develop new markets. Wesley managed finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, monthly close process, tax filings, and risk management.

Weinhart then worked as a Consultant at DLC, Inc. from 2008 to 2009, before joining Berry Family of Nurseries as the Vice President of Finance from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they reported directly to the CFO and handled financial responsibilities.

Currently, Weinhart is working at Relevant Industrial, LLC as the VP of Finance/Special Projects, which they joined in 2016. Wesley'swork involves reporting directly to the CFO and managing special projects related to finance.

Additionally, Weinhart co-founded Big Earth Racing, LLC in 2010, where they produced annual triathlons and managed the sales, promotion, and race day production. Wesley also secured host positions for USAT Regional Sprint Championship and Texas State Sprint Championship.

Throughout their career, Wesley Weinhart has gained extensive experience in finance, restructuring, and event management.

Wesley Weinhart received a BA in English Major from Occidental College in 1991. Wesley went on to pursue an MBA in Finance and an MPA in Tax accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, completing both degrees in 1996. Prior to their college education, Wesley attended St. Mark's School of Texas from 1979 to 1987.
