Lavanya S has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on people success and experience. Lavanya is currently the Head of People Success Practice at Relevantz since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager - HRBP at Guidehouse from December 2022 to May 2023. Lavanya also held roles at Newage Software & Solutions as a Senior HRBP - People Experience from April 2021 to November 2022, and as an HRBP - People Experience from May 2019 to March 2021. Lavanya S has previous experience in human resources roles at PreludeSys, where they held positions as Lead Human Resources from April 2015 to April 2019, Senior Executive Human Resources from April 2012 to March 2015, and Executive Human Resources from July 2008 to March 2012. Lavanya began their career at Ford Business India Pvt Ltd as a Process Specialist (French Language) from February 2006 to May 2006 and also worked at Empee group as a Faculty - French from August 2004 to January 2006.

Lavanya S completed their MBA degree in HR & Finance from Anna University between 2006 and 2008. Lavanya also holds additional certifications, including "ChatGPT for HR," "Effective Communication," "People Management," "Talent Management," "Understanding leadership," "Create a Dashboard in POWER BI in an Hour," "Building creative organizations," "Building High Performing Teams," "Advancing your skills as an HR Business Partner," and "HR Communication in Today's Fluid Workplace" obtained in 2022 and 2023. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in French from Alliance Française de Paris in 2005.
