Mike Nikolla has a diverse work experience in the field of video production and content creation. Mike is currently working as a Senior Video Producer at Relevate Health, where they oversee video production for a digital marketing agency specializing in healthcare communication. Previously, they worked as a Content Creator for the Worcester Red Sox, where they directed, shot, and edited video content for corporate partnerships, in-game entertainment, and social media. Mike also has experience as a Photo + Video Producer at Lamps Plus, where they managed advertising production and workload capacity for the largest US lighting retailer. Before that, they worked as an Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Visual Content at Republic Records, organizing travel, meetings, and events while managing inquiries and liaising with label executives and production teams.
