Richard Pack

Richard Pack has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Richard started as an R&D Engineer in the Food and Beverage department at Procter & Gamble in 1997, where they contributed to multiple projects and conducted consumer research for optimization. From 2001 to 2005, they served as an R&D Senior Engineer in Beauty Care, leading product and process development for personal cleansing initiatives and acting as a global R&D contact for certain brands. Then, from 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Engineer in Personal Health Care, responsible for product development and consumer-driven innovation. Richard later became an R&D Section Head in Personal Health Care, leading multi-functional teams and developing 5 Year Master Plans for global brands. In 2018, they joined Coalition of Care as a Regional Manager, implementing and managing a computer software platform and providing analytical support. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Data Strategist at Relevate Health and will soon transition to the position of Supervisor, Data Strategy and Insights.

Richard Pack received their education in the field of Chemical Engineering. Richard attended Case Western Reserve University from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, in March 2020, they obtained a certification in Big Data and Data Science with Advanced Machine Learning from Simplilearn.
