Ricarda Schmidt

Ricarda Schmidt has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as a Sozialarbeit at Augustinum gGmbH until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Bachelor of Arts at Rittner Food Service GmbH. Ricarda then transitioned to Augustinum gGmbH again in 2020 and worked as a Sozialarbeit until 2021. Ricarda joined REWE Group in 2021 and worked in Category Management until 2022. Ricarda later joined Robert Half as a Talent Managerin for a brief period in 2022. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at Relevo from December 2022 until present.

Ricarda Schmidt obtained their Abitur from Camerloher Gymnasium Freising in the period between 2008 and 2016. Ricarda then pursued their higher education from 2017 to 2020 at Internationale Berufsakademie (iba), where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the Ausbilderschein certification from IHK für München und Oberbayern in November 2019.
