Anchit Kacker

Anchit Kacker has extensive work experience in the fields of supply chain management, software development, and project management. Anchit has worked for various companies, including RELEX Solutions and Tesco, in different roles and positions.

At RELEX Solutions, Anchit currently serves as the Product Lead, Unified Processes, leading and overseeing the development and implementation of unified processes for the company. Prior to this role, they were the Solution Delivery Director, EMEA Central, where they managed and directed solution delivery projects for the EMEA Central region. Anchit also held the position of Head of Solutions Delivery, where they were responsible for leading the delivery of various solutions. Earlier in their career at RELEX Solutions, Anchit served as the Head of Solutions Consulting, UK, and as a Senior Solutions Consultant.

Before joining RELEX Solutions, Anchit worked at Tesco, where they held various project management roles. As a Project Manager, Supply Chain Simulation, they led a program to develop simulation capabilities for Tesco's supply chain, including the creation of statistical models. Anchit also served as the Project Manager for Ordering Driven Capacities, where they collaborated with different teams to improve shelf space allocation and simplify the replenishment process in stores. In addition, Anchit held roles as Project Manager for Promotions Blueprint and Promotions Forecasting, where they delivered significant benefits by optimizing and automating promotional offers across the supply chain. Anchit also worked as a Development Lead.

Prior to their time at Tesco, Anchit worked at Tesco Hindustan Service Centre as a Software Engineer, responsible for data warehousing and ensuring timely updates and resolution of discrepancies.

Anchit's early career experience includes an internship at Honeywell Automation India Ltd, where they were a key member of a team that designed and implemented a Distributed Control System project for a chemical plant.

Throughout their career, Anchit has demonstrated strong leadership abilities, project management skills, and a focus on delivering innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Anchit Kacker received a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Anchit then pursued a Master's degree in Operations, Project and Supply Chain Management at The University of Manchester from 2009 to 2010.
