Derek Chan

Derek Chan is a seasoned professional in technical consulting and supply chain solutions, currently serving as the Head of Technical Consulting for the APAC region at RELEX Solutions since November 2017. Derek has held various roles within RELEX, including Senior Technical Consultant and Technical Delivery Manager, where expertise in project implementation, technical integration, and AI-driven retail solutions has been demonstrated across diverse Asia-Pacific markets. Prior to RELEX, Derek co-founded Servoped Oy, managing startup operations, and held significant positions at Basler AG, Digital Applied Research & Technology Pte Ltd, and WiredIcon, showcasing a robust background in engineering and software development. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in International Design Business Management from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
