Frank Lord is the Chief Revenue Officer at RELEX Solutions. Frank has over 25 years of experience in sales, account management, and partner alliances. Frank has a deep understanding of the retail industry and extensive experience in omnichannel solutions.

Lord began their career in sales and account management at a small retail software company. Frank quickly rose through the ranks and was eventually recruited by Aptos, a leading provider of retail software solutions. Frank spent three years at Aptos, leading the sales, account management, and partner alliances teams. During their time at Aptos, they helped the company become the Forrester #1 provider of POS software and implemented a number of successful omnichannel solutions for retailers.

In October 2016, Lord joined RELEX Solutions as the Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading the sales, account management, and partner alliances teams. Frank is also responsible for driving growth and revenues for the company. Lord is Thrilled to be leading RELEX Solutions and is committed to delivering the best possible solutions to retailers.

Frank Lord has a Masters in Telecommunications from the University of Miami, an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Miami, and a BBA in International Business, Marketing from Florida International University.
