Henri Kaleva

Henri Kaleva has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Henri started their career in 2006 as a Sales Assistant at Koskisen Oy. Henri then worked as a Production Planning Assistant at the same company in 2007. In 2009, they worked as a Sales Person at Kesko - K-Group. In 2010, they were a Summer Trainee at Tikkurila Oyj. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Consultant at EP-Logistics Oy. In 2014, they joined FA Solutions as a Consultant. Later that year, they joined RELEX Solutions and held several positions including Technical Project Manager, Business Development Manager, and Product Manager. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Head of Product Management at RELEX Solutions. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Director of RELEX Labs, leading a data science and research team. Since 2021, they have been the Head of Product Strategy & Management at RELEX Solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Product Manager at RELEX Solutions.

Henri Kaleva obtained their Master's Degree in Automation and Systems Technology from Aalto University, where they studied from 2009 to 2015. Additionally, they participated in exchange studies at the DTU - Technical University of Denmark, focusing on Optimization, Data Modelling, and Machine Learning from 2013 to 2014. Henri also holds a certification as a Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org, obtained in the year 2019.
