Juho Pääkkönen

Juho Pääkkönen currently serves as Lead at RELEX Solutions, while also being the Keyboardist for The OHO since 2015, focusing on creating music. Pääkkönen has held various leadership roles in the gaming and tech industries, including Head of Growth at Village Studio Games, where significant community growth across social media platforms was achieved. Previous experience includes Vice President of Developer Relations/Customer Success at Ready Player Me, where relationships were fostered with a diverse range of partners, and Player Experience Director at Next Games. Additionally, Pääkkönen has contributed to customer success and operations at Holvi and served as Director of Engineering, Monetization at Unity Technologies. Pääkkönen has a background in telecom and service business leadership, holding degrees from Aalto-yliopisto and Helsingin Ammattikorkeakoulu Stadia, alongside musical training from Käpylän musiikkiopisto.
