Pekka Poukamo

Pekka Poukamo has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Pekka began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Aalto University, where they assisted students with assignments and supervised workshops. Pekka then worked as a Sales Trainee at Efekta Oy, where they were responsible for media sales and managing client relationships. Pekka later joined Aalto University again as a Study Advisor, providing guidance to Information Networks students. Following this, they worked at IBM as a Digital Marketing Trainee, where they coordinated a web page renewal project and designed measures for success. Pekka then joined Leadin as a Junior UX Designer and later as a UX Designer, contributing to user experience design. Pekka further enhanced their skills as a UX Designer at Gofore before joining RELEX Solutions, where they held positions as a Senior UX Designer, Senior UX Designer & Team Lead, and currently as the Head of Design, Space & Assortment.

Pekka Poukamo obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information Networks from Aalto University from 2009 to 2016. In 2014, they also participated in exchange studies in Industrial Design at the University of Botswana.
