Satu Peltola

Satu Peltola has extensive work experience in the field of design and user experience. They started their career at Futurice in 2011, where they worked as a UX Designer for 3 years, gaining valuable experience in creating successful digital experiences. Following that, they joined Palmu Inc. in 2014 as a Service Designer, focusing on concepting, prototyping, and UX design. During their time at Palmu, they also wrote their master's thesis on omnichannel retail. In 2015, they joined Coinbase as a Product Designer, where they were responsible for UX design, web design, and spearheading the company's user research initiative. In 2016, they transitioned to Unity Technologies as a Product Designer, before joining RELEX Solutions in 2018. At RELEX, they held various roles including Design Lead, Head of User Experience, Director of Design, and currently, Director of Product, Unified Planning.

Satu Peltola received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Networks from Aalto University in 2013. In the same year, they also completed a student exchange program in Interaction Design at Chalmers University of Technology. Satu further pursued their education at Aalto University and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Networks in 2015. Additionally, Satu Peltola holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, which was obtained in 2011.
