Susan Kraft

Susan Kraft is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery for the Americas and Global Processes at RELEX Solutions since April 2021, Susan manages a diverse team of Service Delivery Managers and oversees day-to-day customer interactions. Previously, Susan worked as a Senior IT Project Manager at Ceridian HCM from March 2016 to April 2021 and held senior roles at RedPrairie, including Senior Manager of Global Hosting Operations, where responsibilities included managing operations across 11 data centers on three continents. Earlier in Susan's career, a role as Project Manager at AFCE involved leading the implementation of a new accounting and point of sale system for Cinnabon.
