Tiia Rapeli

Tiia Rapeli is currently the Chief People Officer at RELEX Solutions. Prior to this, they were Head of Talent Experience at Siili Solutions from April 2016 to May 2019. Before that, they were a Consultant and ICT & Digital Business Lead at Mercuri Urval from March 2015 to April 2016. From December 2014 to February 2015, they were HR Manager for Finland Member Services at CGI. From May 2014 to November 2014, they were HR & Payroll Manager for the Nordics at Microsoft. And from April 2012 to May 2014, they were HR & Payroll Manager for the Nordics at Nokia. Prior to their career in HR, Tiia was a planner at the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts from December 2011 to April 2012.

Tiia Rapeli's educational career includes a Master of Science in International Employment Relations & Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as well as a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Social Policy, Management Studies, and Political Tiia'story from the University of Helsinki. Tiia also has a certification from TMSDI in Accredited Facilitator: Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile (TMP).

Tiia Rapeli reports to Mikko Kärkkäinen, Co-Founder & Group CEO. They work with Tommi Ylinen - CPO, Johanna Småros - Co-founder & CMO, and Frank Lord - CRO.
