Tiina Korolainen

Tiina Korolainen has a strong background in various roles within the IT and service management field. Tiina is currently working as a Service Delivery Team Lead at RELEX Solutions. Prior to this, Tiina served as a Partner at 365 Pilots Oy, where they were responsible for administration and financial management. Tiina also held the position of Managing Director at TSS Prime Oy.

Earlier in their career, Tiina worked at Innofactor as a Business Lead and Senior Service Manager, where they focused on IT services and customer satisfaction. Tiina also served as an IT Manager, DPO at Kalevala Koru Oy, overseeing all IT services and implementing new technologies to support business needs. Additionally, Tiina worked at VR Group as a Systems Group Manager/Business Application Lead, managing a team and handling business applications for multiple divisions.

Tiina's experience also includes roles at Suomen Lähikauppa Oy, where they served as a Service Manager for ICT Service Production, Store Support, and Logistics Planning. Tiina has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, contract negotiations, service provider coordination, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Tiina Korolainen obtained a Master's Degree in Logistics with minors in International Business, Organization and Management, and Management Science from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu from 1999 to 2003. Tiina also completed high school at Iisalmen lukio from 1994 to 1997. In addition, Tiina has earned several certifications including ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2020, PRINCE2 Foundation from Wakaru Oy in 2018, and ITIL V3 Foundation from Wakaru Oy in 2011.
