Roger Brow

Roger Brow is an accomplished engineer and analyst with 35 years of experience in major Department of Defense acquisitions. Currently serving as a Senior Modernization/Post Delivery Analyst at Reliability & Performance Technologies since July 2022, Roger previously held the role of Senior Engineering Manager at Huntington Ingalls Industries, where involvement included supporting the Defense Logistics Agency's Strategic Materials division on critical issues such as Rare Earth Elements and Supply Chain Modeling. Prior positions encompass various roles at Alion Science and Technology, Identix/Anadac, Anteon, and Techmatics, contributing expertise in project management, materials engineering, and systems integration across multiple defense programs. Roger holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College.
