Terry L. McKenzie

Terry L. McKenzie, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources and shared services. Starting in 1996, Terry worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Congressional Information Service, Inc. and later became a Manager of Recruiting at Online Resources. In 2000, Terry joined Bearingpoint as a Senior Recruiter before moving on to Imagine Broadband LLC as the US Human Resources/Recruitment Manager. From 2002 to 2004, Terry worked as an Independent Consultant, advising clients on HR issues and streamlining business operations. Terry then joined Sprint Nextel as both a Human Resources Manager and Senior Manager, HR and Finance Shared Services, where responsibilities included talent management, organization development, and project planning. In 2009, Terry joined AES as a Senior Manager, Shared Services, executing HR and payroll transformation projects. Most recently, Terry has held the position of Vice President Human Resources at both Reliability, Inc. (RLBY) and Maslow Media Group, Inc.

Terry L. McKenzie, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Shepherd University. Terry L. also graduated from Damascus High School. In addition to their education, McKenzie has obtained certifications such as the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2007.
