Ashley Veney is an experienced customer care manager currently serving at Reliable Heating & Air since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing high-level customer concerns, overseeing damage claims, and leading the customer retention team. Previously, Ashley worked as an Assistant Team Leader Service at Big Lots Stores and held various roles including Store Manager at Leslie's Poolmart, Inventory Management Specialist at Wal Mart, and Customer Service Supervisor at Sears Holdings Corporation. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Kennesaw State University, earned from 2008 to 2011.
