Marsha Powell

Marsha Powell is a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in leadership and human resource management. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BelEve UK since August 2012, Marsha focuses on empowering girls and young women through mentorship. In addition to this role, Marsha serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Reliable Property Group since August 2019 and previously founded Eve & Grace from January 2017 to February 2021. Prior experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at the Financial Services Authority from March 1999 to August 2012, where Marsha collaborated with senior management to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance. Marsha’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Personnel Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Greenwich, complemented by various qualifications in human resources and business administration.
