Erik Born

Erik Born is an experienced professional in property inspection and management with a diverse background in construction and business ownership. Since March 2015, Erik has been the Owner of Born Inspections and Consulting, holding an Alabama License # HI-4079. In addition to this role, Erik serves as a Field Reporting Specialist for Reliable Reports, conducting property inspections for insurance carriers across multiple states. Previous experience includes positions as a Field Inspector for Cityside Management Corp, Project Manager at Pat Simpson Group and Bryant and Co, and Owner/Managing Partner of Dizzy Bean Coffee Shop. Erik has a solid foundation in management, customer service, and the construction industry, further complemented by education at Sam Houston State University.
