Varvara M. has a strong background in business development, customer relationship management, and international procurement. Varvara is currently working as the Business Development Director at BUILD UP and as the Chief Financial Officer at Reliable Robotics, both positions starting in 2023. Prior to these roles, they worked at Pico MENA from 2015 to 2023 as the Business Development & Customer Relationship Manager, where they managed relationships with various country participants for international events. Varvara also worked at Pico Group from 2015 to 2018 as an Account Manager, where they implemented business development strategies and conducted face-to-face meetings with governmental entities. Before that, they worked at Closed Joint-Stock Company "Omskstroyproekt" as a Sales Manager/Corporate Clients Manager from 2012 to 2014. Varvara also briefly worked at Nokia as a Sales Marketing Manager from January 2012 to August 2012.

Varvara M. has varied educational experiences. From 2012 to 2014, they attended The Siberian Automobile and Highway Academy (SIBADI) in Omsk, Russian Federation, where they pursued a mix-mode MSC & MRES degree in the field of Technology of Transport Processes. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor's degree from S. Seifullin Kazakh Agro Technical University in Astana, Kazakhstan from 2008 to 2012. Varvara'sBachelor's degree focused on the region of service, specifically in the field of "Organization of Transportation, Traffic & Transportation Exploration."

In addition to their formal education, Varvara has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they earned a Professional Business Writing Skills certificate recognized by ilm. In 2021, they completed the "Contract Law: From Trust to Promise to Contract" course from HarvardX. Varvara also completed the "Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies" course from HarvardX in 2020. Furthermore, they obtained the "P5 Standard for Sustainability in Project Management" certification from GPM Global (Green Project Management®) in the same year.
