Noel Cervino is an experienced FPGA Engineer at Reliable Robotics Corporation since June 2022. Previously, Noel served as an Electrical Engineer and Project Manager (Senior II) at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory from June 2010 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading multiple flight test instrumentation development projects and developing FPGAs for ballistic missile reentry body test heads. Noel holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field from the University of Maryland.
