Chandra Shekar

Chandra Shekar has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and strategic account management. From September 2022 to the present, Chandra Shekar has been working as a Senior Manager - Strategic Accounts at proSkale. Prior to that, from 2015 onwards, Chandra Shekar worked at Reliable Software as a Senior Manager - Strategic Accounts, where they were responsible for full-life cycle recruiting for technical resources. Chandra successfully recruited qualified candidates, maintained candidate pools, and managed relationships with candidates. From 2012 to 2014, Chandra Shekar worked at Saras America as a US IT Recruiter, starting as a Sourcer and eventually taking on additional responsibilities such as conducting KT sessions and learning about employment tax terms and visa types.

Chandra Shekar pursued their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTUH between 2008 and 2012.
