Vikram Nammayalwar

Vikram Nammayalwar has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Vikram started their career at Ecentric Solutions as an AR & HR, where they were responsible for accounts receivables and creating and maintaining invoices for clients. Vikram then moved on to Logicgate Technologies INC as an HR Manager, where their responsibilities included reconciling benefits invoices, managing leave of absences, and coordinating management trainings. Vikram also handled offshore responsibilities such as onboarding new associates and coordinating with IT and banks for new employee requirements. Most recently, they worked at Reliable Software as an HR, where they handled various HR functions including employee records management, coordinating background checks, and conducting employee orientations. Vikram was also responsible for payroll processing and resolving payroll and HR related issues.
