Scott Cox

Scott Cox has been the Chief Financial Officer at Reliance Bank since July 2020. Prior to this role, Scott worked at UPMC as the Director of Reimbursement from September 2009 to July 2020. Scott also served as a Board Member at the Rotary Club of Altoona from July 2012 to July 2014 and as an Assistant Vice President at Citizens Bank from January 2004 to September 2009. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Saint Francis University.
