James Kratzer

James Kratzer began their work experience in 2004 at The Signature Bank in Saint Louis, where they served as President for five years. James then transitioned to Bayern Banking Consulting, LLC in 2009, taking on the role of Principal until 2010. In that year, Kratzer joined Reliance Bank as the Executive Vice President and Senior Lender, a position they currently hold.
