Walid Ajmal

Walid Ajmal is an experienced real estate broker and licensed realtor at Capital Property Brokers since January 2015, specializing in property sales and development, preparing legal documents, and advising clients on market trends and contracts. In addition, Walid has served as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Reliance Bay Funding since August 2015 and is the CEO of Ajmal Investments Inc., managing projects and conducting cost analyses for new properties since January 2014. Previous experience includes working as a DRTV Media Buyer Assistant at Havas Edge from August 2012 to January 2014, where Walid built relationships with various media vendors and developed financial models. Walid holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies: Economics from UC San Diego, earned between 2009 and 2011.
