Andrew Dufresne

Andrew Dufresne has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Andrew started their career with Bell in 2002, where they provided technical support and customer service. After working there for about four years, they joined CGI in 2006 and held various roles such as helpdesk technician, IT trainer, and remote support engineer. In 2010, Andrew transitioned to a Desktop Support Specialist role at CGI, providing support to Bombardier Aerospace's customer response center team. Andrew later took on the role of Technical Project Engineer and Configuration Technician within the same organization. In 2015, Andrew joined Dell Canada as a Field Tech Service Analyst, providing support to Bombardier head office and assisting with equipment setup and maintenance. Andrew then joined NTT DATA Corporation in 2016, where they continued as a Field Tech Service Analyst, providing gold support to Bombardier's administrative center. Currently, Andrew is working as the Director of IT at Reliance Construction since January 2023.

Andrew Dufresne obtained a DEC - Creative Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Dawson College, which they attended from 1998 to 2001. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in technology from Dell, such as Alienware, Chromebook, Desktops, Networking, Printers, and more, all in October 2015. Andrew also holds the EFSET 73 Proficient (CEFR C2) certification from EF Education First.
