Raphaelle Côté Leduc

Raphaelle Côté Leduc has a diverse work experience in various companies, with a strong focus on human resources. Raphaelle started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at W Montreal Hotel in 2012, and later held roles as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager and a Language and Lifestyle Leader. In 2015, they joined BFL CANADA as a Human Resources Advisor, where they worked until 2017. Raphaelle then moved on to KnightsBridge - Construction durable as a Culture and Human Resources Director from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Director at Reliance Construction Group since 2018.

Raphaelle Côté Leduc obtained a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal between 2010 and 2013. Additionally, they have received various certifications including the Culture Academy certificate from Procore Technologies in 2021, the Diplômée du Défi 100 jours from L'effet A in 2018, the Professionel certifié Atman from AtmanCo in 2017, and the Service Culture Certification from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.
