Colin Barnard is an experienced IT security professional with a diverse background in cybersecurity and service management. Currently at Reliance Cyber since May 2017, Colin serves as a ServiceNow Developer and Security Engineer, focusing on security architecture, vulnerability analysis, and reporting. Prior to this role, Colin worked at IBM United Kingdom Ltd from August 2014 to May 2017 as an IT Security Specialist, where responsibilities included vulnerability analysis based on penetration tests. Colin's earlier experience includes a decade at London Fire Brigade from April 2003 to August 2014 as an IT Security Engineer, implementing and maintaining various security technologies. Additionally, Colin held multiple support roles at IBM and Cable & Wireless between 1999 and 2003. Colin holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Cyber Security from Northumbria University, earned between 2016 and 2018.
