Emma Webb - Hobson

Emma Webb-Hobson has a diverse work history in the field of business operations and cyber investigations. Emma currently holds the position of Business Operations Director at Reliance Cyber, where they are responsible for developing and implementing cross-functional processes to promote business growth. Prior to this, Emma worked at De La Rue as a Sales Operations Manager, where they led a team responsible for sales pipeline forecasting and CRM implementation. Emma also worked at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as a Business Operations Manager, overseeing resource utilization, project accounting, and revenue forecasting. Emma's earlier experience includes roles at QinetiQ as a Digital Forensic Investigator and Information Security Consultant, as well as at the NHS Counter Fraud & Security Management Service as a Forensic Computing Investigator. Emma began their career as a Computer Forensic Analyst at CY4OR.

Emma Webb-Hobson completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Royal Holloway, University of London, in 2004. Emma then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Security from the same university, which they completed in 2005. Recently, from 2018 to 2021, they attended The Open University Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree through the Senior Leader Master's Degree Apprenticeship program.
