Scott Tse has had a long and varied career in the technology and healthcare industries. Scott began their career in 1997 as a Process Engineer/Materials Engineer at Vispro Corporation, where they developed and optimized processes for microelectronic packages. In 2001, they joined Kyocera America, Inc. as a Product Development Engineer, where they took products from customer concept to post-delivery technical application support. In 2004, they moved to Kyocera America, Inc. as a Technical Sales Engineer, where they were responsible for sales, account management, and business development of KAI's semiconductor components and services in the Northern California, Pacific Northwest, and Western Canada. In 2009, they became the NW Chapter President at International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (IMAPS), where they led the local microelectronics professional society chapter. In 2010, they moved to Kyocera International, Inc. - Semiconductor Components Group as a Product Line Manager, where they were responsible for worldwide sales, business development, and product direction of KAI's RF Power and Power Management transistor package business. In 2017, they joined Reliance eHealth Collaborative as a Data Operations Manager, Analytics Manager, and Healthcare Data Analyst, where they were responsible for managing analytic services to leverage value for partners and stakeholders from Reliance's Clinical Data Repository.

Scott Tse obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Washington. Scott then obtained a Data Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity in 2017. Following this, they obtained a Machine Learning Engineer Nanodegree from Udacity in 2017. Scott also obtained a Statistics With R Specialization (Duke) from Coursera in the same year. In 2016, Scott Tse attended Hack University, where they studied Database programming and Data Science.
