Divya Bhandari

Divya Bhandari serves as the General Manager of Human Resources at Reliance Infrastructure since September 2007, and also holds the position of Senior Manager-HR at Reliance Power since September 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing HR operations for the EPC business, managing employee grievances, conducting audits, and framing policies for both Reliance Power and Reliance Infrastructure. Additionally, Divya has over five years of experience in utilizing the SAP R/3 module. Prior to this, Divya worked in a generalist HR role at Reliance Industries Limited from August 2006 to September 2007, focusing on internal job postings, performance management systems, organization mapping, and recruitment for the Polyester division. Divya Bhandari earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Udaipur University, Rajasthan, from 2000 to 2003.
