Currently serving as EVP and CFO at Reliance First Capital, LLC since May 2008, Richard provides financial, strategic, and operational leadership for the national residential mortgage originator and servicer while also contributing as a board member. Prior to this, Richard held the position of EVP and CFO at Delta Financial Corp from 1992 to 2008, overseeing all Capital Markets transactions, banking relationships, investor relations, SEC investor reporting, SOX 404 compliance, as well as accounting, tax, and payroll functions. Richard began their career as a Money Market Trader at Citicorp Investment Bank from 1987 to 1992.
