Shruti Pandya

Shruti Pandya is an Associate Consultant at Reliance Foundation since June 2022, with a diverse background in human resources and commercial roles. Prior to this, Shruti served as Senior Executive Human Resources at Vadayar Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. from March to June 2022, and as Senior HR & Commercial Executive at INDUS FIRE SAFETY PRIVATE LIMITED from October 2020 to February 2022. Initially starting as a Human Resources Executive at Biotech Healthcare in late 2019, Shruti also gained experience as a Public Relations Officer at Hari Om Communications from September 2017 to August 2019. Shruti holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Indus University Ahmedabad and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Ganpat University.
