Narendra Desai

Narendra Desai has a significant amount of work experience in the field of Human Resources and Administration. Narendra started their career in 2006 at Reliance Games as a Sr. Manager for HR and Admin. In this role, they were responsible for handling the complete employee life cycle, managing HR policies and employee benefits, and organizing employee engagement activities and fun events. Prior to this, they also had experience as an HR Admin at the same company.

Narendra Desai holds an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from Adam Smith University of America. In addition, they have a master's degree in Journalism from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune, attained in 2005. Narendra also completed a master's degree in Arts from Pune University in the same year. Furthermore, Narendra holds a diploma in Journalism from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Pune, achieved in 2003. Lastly, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Arts with a specialization in English from Kolhapur University in 2002.
