Akhilesh Guleria

Akhilesh Guleria has extensive work experience in HR roles across various industries. Akhilesh started their career in 1998 as a Major in the Indian Army. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as an HR professional at Biostadt India Limited. In 2006, they joined Reliance Retail as a Chief Manager in HR and stayed there until 2009. Akhilesh then joined YES BANK as a VP-HCM from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as Corporate-HR at RBL Bank. Akhilesh then moved to Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited as the Head of Corporate HR from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of CHRO at Reliance General Insurance since July 2018.

Akhilesh Guleria has a PGDM degree in HR & IR from IIMM. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Akhilesh also received military and strategic leadership training from Infantry School (IA), MHOW. Akhilesh Guleria has obtained several certifications in areas such as organizational learning and development, human resources leadership, leadership development programs, improving employee performance, neuroscience in the workplace, coaching employees through difficult situations, and rewarding employees.
