Gagandeep Kaur

Gagandeep Kaur currently serves as the Regional Head for the North Zone at Reliance General Insurance since April 2024, focusing on hospital empanelment, rate revision and negotiation, and provider network management. Prior to this role, Gagandeep worked at Fortis Healthcare from July 2021 to April 2024, holding positions as Manager and Project Lead, overseeing domestic sales for TPA and insurance, and managing national-level sales and collection, including compliance and empanelment. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at Religare Health Insurance from June 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities encompassed managing internal and external investigator success ratios and vendor payments. Gagandeep’s foundational experience in healthcare insurance began at Max Bupa Health Insurance from June 2012 to July 2019 as an Assistant Manager, focusing on provider management, reconciliations, and hospital empanelment.
