Dr. Phu Pham DNP, MSN/Ed, RN, CCRN-CMC-CSC, SCRN, CNRN, CPhT has extensive experience in the nursing field, currently serving as an ICU Rapid Response/Charge nurse at Eisenhower Medical Center and as an RN at Reliance Hospice and Palliative Care since September 2013. Education includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University and a Master's degree in Nurse Education from California State University-Dominguez Hills. Dr. Phu Pham's background includes roles in various healthcare settings, such as Desert Regional Medical Center and San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital, as well as foundational training in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. Throughout a diverse career, Dr. Phu Pham has demonstrated a commitment to advanced nursing practice and education.
