Kalpesh Sidhpuria

Kalpesh Sidhpuria is a seasoned professional in the fields of catalysis and materials science, currently serving as Group Lead-R&D and Lead Research Scientist at Reliance Industries Limited since October 2011. With a focus on adsorption, separation, and purification processes, Kalpesh has been instrumental in novel adsorbent and catalytic process development, as well as new product innovations for refinery and petrochemical applications. Prior to this role, Kalpesh worked as a Senior Research Scientist, contributing to significant advancements in adsorbent and catalyst development. Kalpesh earned recognition with the National Innovation Award from the Government of India in 2013. Earlier experience includes a position as a Postdoctoral Researcher at CICECO - Aveiro Institute of Materials, specializing in catalyst and nano materials synthesis for bio-refinery applications. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Catalysis and Nano Materials from CSMCRI and an MS in Organic Chemistry from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat.
